Emma and Ethan the twins, love to throw their food on the floor, every meal. Mom and Dad are very angry, but that does not bother Emma and Ethan that continue to throw food on the floor. The potato tired of this, the tomato tired of this and even the cheese tired! What will do the potato, tomato, cheese, bread, egg and pie ......??? This book is for children, age 2-4. "Oh my gosh, these pictures are so cute and what a great idea, every parent has problems with the food going where it is not suppose to. When the town's food comes alive to teach an important lesson the story finishes with a triumphant ending. Beautiful writing and illustrations make for a great fun book that kids will love!"

Not formatted to take up the entire screen or to ensure the accompanying picture displays together on the same screen with the text like a physical picture book. Displays best in portrait mode (holding your device vertically). I was envisaging a child friendly audience sort of version of sausage party, where food gets revenge on humans mistreating it. But the plot of this doesn't really make sense. Food that would otherwise be eaten by two twin toddlers in high chairs, that has been thrown on the ground isn't happy about this. Now other than perhaps getting pain and injuries or watching their friends splatter when they hit the ground, I don't really see why the food would have an issue with this. If anything they should be trying to encourage the toddlers to throw their relatives and friends onto the ground rather than put them in their mouths where they will be mashed up and end up burning in digestive juices in the stomach, even they even survive at all in some form when they emerge in the nappies. But instead for some reason, this food wants to be eaten. Perhaps they are some sort of food fridge cult that brainwashing has promised them a glorious food afterlife if they get consumed by a child or something, but none of this is outlined in the story.

The characters are food items such as fried eggs, and bits of tomatoes that are going to be messy even if you were an adult eating them with your hands. I mean when's the last time you picked up a fried egg and ate it with yolk dripping between your fingers? Bet you it's never, yet that's what these kids are doing.

Plus who is the market for this Kindle book? A child that's young enough to be sitting in a high chair to be served it's meals is hardly going to be old enough to be reading a book like this? Or having it read to them and comprehending it. If it was a food escape to the floor to be put in the bin for freedom, perhaps the older siblings would have gotten some entertainment from it but it's not that story.

The twins are not appreciating their food, so the food decides to teach the twins a lesson. Read to learn the lesson.

Cute story for kiddos.
Vivid, colorful illustrations draw you in and I will share this book with my grandsons, but I'm not overly impressed. Some picture books for children are magical. This is not one of them.

Children Books The Food Revenge (Bedtime Stories For Children)(early learning books)(Picture Books) (Twins Stories Book 3)
Colorful children's story about twins who like to throw food on the floor after they've had a bit to eat. Problem is the food doesn't like to be on the floor.
Love how they get revenge on the kids....
This is a charming story, having fun with a very challenging part of a parent's day. The artwork is adorable, and the story line moves along smoothly. Also, a big plus for me, there are no spelling/grammatical errors. That makes for a very pleasant read. But I thought 5 items of food were a bit too much, especially for very young "readers." And it would have been easier to read if the text for each section was all on one page. But these points are minor, and do not detract from the joy of reading this story.
Love the illustrations!!! The story is about twins, Emma and Ethan, who love to throw their food on the floor during mealtime! The foods decide that they have had enough and stage a jump out at the next mealtime!! The illustrations of the twins is hilarious. You can feel their surprise as the food jumps off their plates to the floor!! The ending result is that the twins learn to eat the food and not throw it down.
This would be fun book for toddlers to help them learn to eat the food and not throw it on the floor! Manor has used an experience as a twin mom to help others see that the food doesn't have to war but a peaceful time!!
This book talks about the importance of food and how little children love throwing and playing with food.

Learning and growing go together but sometimes food needs to intervene to teach a lesson to these naughty twins.

My son and I really enjoyed reading this book and leaning about not throwing food. It is a perfect bedtime read, short and sweet.

In one sentence it says that the twins are given half a toast and my 5 year old could not find a picture of half a toast so he asked me not to read it as half a toast or half a tomato.

Either the text has to be edited or the picture as we could not find half a slice of any food.
It is just the observation of a kid who takes his stories very seriously.

We loved the food and vegetables marching away and discussing.
The twins learned their lesson and so do all who read the book about the value of food.
